Learn How to Be a More Resilient Leader
This resilience workshop will give participants practical skills that can be applied in everyday life to strengthen an individual’s ability to overcome adversity and challenges, manage stress, and thrive in their personal and professional life.

Methods for reducing the frequency, intensity, and duration of automatic negative thoughts

Learn how to identify and be aware of stressful triggers as well as different types of stress and how you can recover quickly and appropriately. Participants will learn how to reframe stress as a motivator and identify potential pitfalls.

The secret to stress is our framing of situations and how we practice self-awareness and self-regulation. By changing your relationship with stress, you’ll be more effective in the workplace, but also have a greater level of well-being and optimism.
This resilience workshop gives participants an opportunity to practice mindfulness in an open, structured way. We talk about the science of mindfulness and how it can be applied to workplace change and stress while giving participants a toolbox of other tactics to use to combat unhealthy stress.
