Our Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Black Belt training provides participants with the tools from lean and the DMAIC process from Six Sigma.

LEAN SIX SIGMA BLACK BELT TRAINING


Participants will learn how to define and scope a problem statement, collect and measure performance data, identify bottlenecks and pain points, finding root causes, implementing pilots and interventions and setting in performance control standards. 

In addition to the tools of Lean Six Sigma our course uniquely covers aspects of team leadership, change management and behavioral science to help your Black Belts become champions of change.
